Why our prices so much more affordable compared to other well-known stores in Singapore?

The reason is that we purchase our products in large quantities and sell them to our customers at the most competitive prices.

Are there any hidden charges?

No gimmicks or hidden charges here. Our advertised prices are nett, and as long as the payment is in cash/PayNow, what you see is what you get. Please note that there are transaction fees for payments made by credit card, GrabPay, GrabPay Later and Atome.

Is there an installment plan available?

Yes, we offer interest-free installment plans with GrabPay Later, Atome, DBS/POSB, American Express, UOB, and OCBC. Please note that a transaction fee will be incurred.

Do we currently have stock for all the products listed?

Yes, we do. However, due to the fast turnover rate of our products, it is advisable to contact us at +65 8885 5131 via WhatsApp or call to inquire or make reservations. We prefer communication through WhatsApp and calls.

Am I eligible to claim GST for my phone purchase?

No, GST is not included in the prices of our phones, and all purchases are net prices. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a GST refund in this case.

Is there a 7-day exchange policy for our products?

No, as such, we highly advise our customers to carefully inspect our products before leaving our store. If a product is found to be defective at the point of sale, we will offer an immediate one-to-one exchange. Subsequently, any faulty products must be sent to the respective service center(s) in Singapore.

Are our mobile phones free from SIM restrictions or unlocked

Singapore is the pioneer country to prohibit SIM locking entirely. As a result, all mobile phones are SIM-free or unlocked, allowing them to be used with any SIM card compatible with any network.

Do we offer delivery services?

We offer Same Day Express Delivery with an additional fee of up to $20 in addition to the listed prices. To arrange delivery, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp. Delivery is available from 12 pm to 8 pm daily. Once payment is received, a third-party courier will pick up your order and promptly deliver it to your doorstep.

Do our products come with a warranty?

Yes, warranty coverage is included for all new phones and tablets advertised as local sets. The warranty is provided by the respective authorized service centers and spans one to two years, depending on the brand. A receipt will be issued for every sale.

For used mobile phones and tablets, we also offer a 30-day in-house warranty.

What are the requirements for trading in or selling a phone to us?

Whether you're trading in or selling a phone to us, we will need the original contents of the box. In cases where some items are missing, prices may be adjusted. Additionally, ID identification is necessary to comply with the regulations set by the Singapore Police Force, preventing theft and tracking of stolen goods.

What is the difference between a local set and a telco set?

A 'local set' indicates that the product(s) are provided by a local distributor and come with a one-year warranty from the manufacturer date. On the other hand, for a 'telco set,' it is acquired through buybacks from local customers who sell their new phone(s) purchased from telecom providers, and it also comes with a one-year warranty from the manufacturer date.

Why do we provide new iPhones in both "Pre Activated" and "Non Activated" variants, and what do these terms mean?

"Pre-Activated" signifies that the device warranty has been activated and unsealed to inspect for manufacturing defects. The warranty coverage will be less than 1 year because some distributors necessitate activating units before selling them to us. Rest assured, it's new and unused. "Pre-Activated" sets are more cheaper than "Non-Activated" sets.

"Non-Activated" indicates that the units are sealed. You activate the warranty yourself after receiving the unit. "Non-Activated" sets are generally pricier than "Pre-Activated" sets due to limited stock availability.

Where is our location?

We are located at 703 Ang Mo Kio Ave 8, #01-2533, SG 560703. See our location on Google Maps 'here'. Please look for the 8TH AVE signage, and you can easily spot our store with blue color cabinets. We are Located directly outside of 'The Point Optical' (Spectacle Shop). As there are multiple stores in the area, be sure to take note of our distinctive features to find us easily!
